We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage bookings, deliver career coaching and resume strategy services, and communicate with you about your engagement with Hire Me Now.

Website Analytics and Cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how people find and use our website and to improve its content and services. If you choose to accept optional analytics, Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, general location, device and browser information, session activity, and interactions with website links and forms. It may use first-party cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google Analytics does not load on our English-language website pages unless you accept analytics.

We measure interest in consultations and the free resume diagnostic through clicks on links to those services. We may also measure when someone submits a contact form and returns to our confirmation page. A booking-link click does not mean a call was booked, and a diagnostic-link click does not mean the diagnostic was completed. Our custom tracking events do not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, resumes, or diagnostic answers.

You can accept or reject analytics in the small consent bar, and change your choice later using the Analytics preferences link in the website footer. You can also manage or block cookies using your browser settings or privacy tools. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from contacting us, booking a consultation, or browsing the site. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics collection on subsequent page loads; it does not erase information already collected. Career Positioning Diagnostic

At diagnostic.hiremenowresumes.ca, you can enter a target job title, a job posting and pasted resume text. The tool uses Cloudflare Pages to process your request and sends this information to the OpenAI API to generate a diagnostic. The tool does not intentionally save pasted resume text in your browser's local storage or our own client database.

The diagnostic uses a provider setting that avoids saving its generated response as ongoing application state. This does not mean information is never retained. Under standard API settings, submitted content may be included in security or abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, with longer retention possible when legally required or needed for safety. Processing or access may occur outside Canada.

Remove contact details, personal identifiers and other sensitive information before pasting your resume. Using the diagnostic is optional; you may contact us directly instead. For more on the provider's processing, see the API data controls documentation.

Payments

We currently accept Interac e-Transfer and PayPal. PayPal handles its own payment processing and data under its privacy policies; Interac e-Transfer payments are processed through participating financial institutions. We maintain payment records needed for invoicing and business administration. The website does not collect payment card details through a checkout form.

Information About Minors

If you are considering career support for someone under 18, please contact us first rather than pasting a minor's personal resume information into the free diagnostic. Parents or guardians can discuss appropriate arrangements without submitting sensitive information online.
