The ideal starting point if you are applying but not getting the response you expected. We review your resume, LinkedIn presence, target roles, and current job search strategy, then identify what needs to change.

Includes a 45-minute one-on-one discussion of career goals, suitable job targets, positioning and job-search strategy, plus a resume and LinkedIn review. You receive a written consultation summary, personalized recommendations, a practical 2–4 week action plan and useful employment resources, typically within 1–2 business days after the consultation.

The plan describes your next 2–4 weeks; it is not ongoing coaching. Resume and cover letter writing are not included.

Interview Preparation

$149 CAD, HST included. A 60-minute live mock interview on Google Meet, based on your target posting. Includes personalized feedback, a written preparation guide, likely questions, suggested answers grounded in your actual experience, and a meeting summary. Written follow-up usually arrives within 1–2 business days. This live session is separate from the written interview guidance in Multi-Path.

Labour Market Research & Career Direction

Starting at $125 CAD, HST included. A 45-minute consultation about short- and long-term goals, personalized research into possible paths based on experience and transferable skills, and a written report with labour market information, job requirements, recommendations, an action plan and useful resource or training links. The report usually arrives within 2–5 business days. Extensive research is quoted separately.

What a customized program may include

Depending on the agreed scope: regular coaching consultations, career planning, resume and cover letter development, LinkedIn optimization, labour market and employer research, job-search strategy, job posting analysis, application tailoring or completion assistance, authorized application submissions, application tracking, follow-up message preparation, mock interviews, personalized interview preparation, progress reviews and feedback.

If application submissions are included, we agree on their scope and volume, obtain your authorization, and seek your approval for every application, including its details and screening answers, before submission. We do not request or store your login password as a standard process. Interviews and employment are never guaranteed.

Pricing: Contact for Details. It depends on program duration, career level, services, consultation frequency and application support. All prices include HST. A 50% deposit is due before the program begins; the remaining 50% is paid in scheduled monthly instalments over the agreed period. Amounts and dates are set in the individual service agreement.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with written notice. Charges reflect services delivered and work completed. Any unused prepaid balance is refunded according to the agreement and applicable consumer protection law; the deposit is not automatically non-refundable.

Before you begin

Language, delivery & policies

Language support

Julia personally provides consultations in English and Russian. Resumes and cover letters are primarily prepared in English for the Canadian job market. Other advertised languages—Spanish, Hebrew, Cantonese, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, French and Ukrainian—may be supported by established certified employment practitioners, subject to availability. These practitioners consult and work directly with assigned clients and prepare documents; Julia reviews and finalizes the documents. Standard package prices are the same regardless of consultation language.

With Julia directly, a first writing draft is usually ready within two business days after the paid consultation. Work involving external consultants typically takes 5–10 business days; a two-day first draft is not promised for that work.

Revisions and files

Resume-writing packages include revisions for six weeks from delivery of the first draft, with no fixed number of rounds for the agreed job title or career directions. Requests made within that period remain covered even if completion takes longer. Later updates are available for a smaller, separately quoted fee; a new job target requiring new strategy or documents is a separate paid service. Provider errors and outstanding agreed deliverables are corrected without extra charge. Final resumes and cover letters are editable Microsoft Word (.docx) files.

Booking, payment and cancellation

Start with a complimentary 15-minute fit call. The $149, $349 and $549 standard packages require full payment before the paid consultation and work begins. We accept Interac e-Transfer and PayPal. Advertised prices include HST.

Refunds for standard packages

Before the paid consultation, a full refund is available. For the $349 and $549 writing packages, if you cancel after the paid consultation but before the first resume draft is delivered, $149 is retained for the completed consultation and the balance is refunded. After the first draft, no refund is offered for voluntary cancellation or change of mind, subject to applicable consumer protection rights. For the $149 Career Clarity Session, the fee is non-refundable for a change of mind after the full 45-minute consultation; the promised written summary and action plan remain included.

Rescheduling and missed appointments

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Emergencies may be considered individually. Missed appointments without notice are assessed individually; any rebooking fee is communicated before a new appointment is confirmed.

These business policies do not override statutory cancellation or refund rights.
